Taunya Abaya, CFP® is a caring, talented, and highly credentialed independent financial advisor passionate about earning her client's trust with personal wealth management that achieves positive growth. She founded Abaya Wealth Management LLC in 2022 to bring her leadership vision to life and earn her client's trust with personal wealth management that achieves positive growth.

As the wife of a military officer, she lived internationally and taught English, while also working part time to teach others financial skills. Eventually becoming a single mother, she realized her financial knowledge brought so much value to help her family thrive.

Taunya is highly credentialed with a CFP® certification, Series 65 License, and Personal Financial Planning Certification from Old Dominion University. Working at Buffalo First Wealth Management from 2016 to 2021, she founded Abaya Wealth Management LLC in 2022 to bring her leadership vision to life, and nearly 100% of her customers joined her new business.
